By accessing this website or purchasing From Zero to Your First Real Estate Deal (“the ebook”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
2. The product
The ebook is a digital document (PDF) plus the worksheets described on the sales page. It is educational material about process, outreach and advertising. It is not a service, coaching programme, licence, franchise or investment product.
3. Licence and restrictions
When you buy the ebook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it and use its worksheets for your own business or personal use. You may not:
- resell, redistribute, publish, share or sublicense the ebook;
- upload it to public or paid file-sharing services;
- remove copyright notices, or present the content as your own written work;
- use it for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
Brief quotations for reviews are fine. Classroom or team use requires a separate written permission — contact us.
4. Price, payment and delivery
The price is $70 USD, charged once, with no subscription. Payment is processed by an external payment provider whose terms also apply. Access to the download is delivered after confirmed payment. If delivery fails, contact us with your order reference and we will resolve it.
5. Refunds — all sales final
The ebook is an instantly delivered digital product and all sales are final — we do not issue refunds, exchanges or cancellations after purchase, as set out in our Refund Policy. Where a third-party marketplace processes your purchase, that platform's rules apply in addition. Delivery failures and technical problems with the file are always fixed free of charge.
6. No professional advice and no guarantees
The content is general education only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment or brokerage advice, and it does not take account of your personal circumstances. Real estate transactions may require licences and regulatory compliance — it is your responsibility to follow the laws that apply to you. No income, leads, deals or results of any kind are promised or guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
