1. No refunds on digital products
All sales are final. From Zero to Your First Real Estate Deal is an instantly delivered digital product (PDF), and we do not issue refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the purchase is completed — including change of mind, unused downloads, or a product that turned out to be different from what you expected.
Please read the sales page, the FAQ and the free preview content before buying so you can be sure the ebook fits your needs.
2. Why
Digital goods cannot be returned: the moment your payment is confirmed, the file is delivered to you and can be copied indefinitely. That is why this purchase is treated as final.
3. What we do help with
“No refunds” does not mean “no support”. We will always fix genuine problems with the purchase itself:
- Delivery failure — if your payment went through but you never received the download, email us your order reference and we will re-send access immediately.
- Corrupt or unreadable file — we will send a fresh copy or an alternative format.
- Duplicate payment — we will refund any accidental extra charge for the same order.
- Wrong amount charged — contact us with your receipt and we will correct it.
4. Third-party marketplaces
If you bought the ebook through another platform (Gumroad, Paddle, an app store, etc.), that platform's own refund rules apply and must be requested through them.
5. Chargebacks
If you are experiencing a delivery or technical problem, contact us first at ebookuae@agent.com — we resolve these within one business day. Filing a chargeback for a product that was delivered as described may be treated as fraud under our Terms of Service and your access can be revoked.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your country of residence. Where such rights apply to digital content, they apply in addition to this policy.
